We will begin the weekend on Friday at 6:30 p.m. at the Roxy Hotel in Tribeca, by celebrating our church family by gathering for a formal evening with dinner in the heart of Downtown New York City. Adult congregants will share an evening of connection and conversation, as Kelly Kapic introduces us to what it means to be ‘only human’ in God’s design for us.
We will return on Saturday* for a full day of activities and informative sessions at The Salvation Army. As a deeply thoughtful theologian, Kelly Kapic, Ph.D, will lead a series of informative sessions that delve into the profound insights of human nature, vulnerability, and our relationship with God.
His sessions will not only explore the theological aspects of what it means to be human but will also offer practical wisdom for living out these ideas in our everyday lives. Whether you're seeking to deepen your understanding of the complexities of humanity or simply curious about how these profound topics shape our faith and relationships, Kelly’s expertise will guide you through thought-provoking discussions that leave you both inspired and equipped.
After our saturday sessions, there will be a selection of in-city activities for you and your group to experience together! We believe the best way to meet others is to share the gift of time with each other.
*Children's Ministry (0-5th Grade) classes will be provided on Saturday.
