An avid reader, a serial crafter and Georgia girl at heart, Ashley and her family moved to New York City to follow God in His grand adventure in August of 2023. After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2002 and Baylor University in 2003 with a Masters in Communication Sciences, Ashley practiced as a speech pathologist in adult healthcare for over a decade. Ministry became a second career when she served as Director of Groups and Discipleship for her church in Nashville, TN. She and her husband Josh have been married since 2005 and have 2 smart, silly, lovely daughters, Evelyn and Miriam. Ashley loves meeting new people, good conversation, and talking about books.

Emily grew up in Dallas, Texas, and moved to New York City in 2018 after earning her BM in Vocal Performance from the University of Michigan. Soon after, she became active at Redeemer Downtown as a community group leader, worship leader, and Early Childhood Coordinator. With a deep passion for discipleship and women’s ministry, she earned her MA in Biblical Studies at Reformed Theological Seminary NYC in 2025 and is grateful to serve as the RAMP Apprentice for Women’s Ministry, joining in God’s work in the city. Emily also teaches voice and directs Truthbase Theatricals NYC, a nonprofit Christian children’s theater. In 2020, she met her husband, Grant, during a Redeemer service. They live in Chelsea with their miniature golden dachshund, Waverly, and love exploring the city, traveling, and discovering new restaurants.
